P.S.What provokes me the most is that people are still living in "slavery"... yep... slavery... they are poor slaves to all the lies and outdated training methods they've been fed throughout the years... just like slaves, they labor for hours each day, to get little or no return...

When Abraham Lincoln decided to abolish slavery, he realized that his biggest obstacle lied in the slaves themselves... they were so used to slavery that deep within themselves,they REFUSED liberty... it all had to begin with a change of mindset...

Sadly, aerobics & bodybuilding fanatics have that kind of mindset... they REFUSE to be liberated... You tell them that they can get more by working less, and they refuse!
